Your challenge:

Hanwha Q CELLS is looking for a Project Manager to help support the company’s growth in the EPC segment in Europe. An ideal candidate shall be very proactive with the ability to manage projects from construction start until grid connection. A strong track record in project management is key, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Your responsibilities:Your qualifications:
  • You are responsible for the project management for development, planning and construction of photovoltaic units on open spaces.
  • You monitor and optimize project objectives with a view to cutting costs and assuring quality.
  • You bear the commercial and deadline-based responsibility for project development.
  • You plan the projects, incl. resource management, and divide them into suitable sub-tasks and/or work steps.
  • You are available as an expert contact person for customers, government agencies, project teams and internal departments.
  • You are secure in working within an international team of experts on the development and ongoing improvement of project fulfillment for photovoltaic systems.
  • You are mobile in order to monitor the technical implementation and the individual construction stages on the ground.
  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of construction engineering, electrical engineering or similar and can already look back on many years of professional experience in project management and project leadership. You can also present international experience.
  • You are interested in large-scale ground mounted PV and renewable energy in general.
  • You are characterized by a systematic, analytical approach and by an entrepreneurial spirit; you are equally driven by the pursuit of objectives.
  • You possess impressive conflict resolution and communication skills, and are organizationally talented.
  • Your strengths in making decisions is assertive and you enjoy working in a team.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required as role involves the preparation of written reports and liaison stakeholders.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and MS Project.
  • Business-fluent spoken and written Spanish, Portuguese or Italian skills and very good spoken and written English skills round off your profile.
  • We require a willingness to travel.
