To continue our success story we are looking for a General Manager who will build, develop, implement and own the Go To Market Strategy for the DACH countries. While expanding our Mambu footprint in-country, the GM will be supported by the global and regional commercial organisation in areas such as Marketing and Sales Execution. The Go to Market strategy will be executed by the general manager whilst using data to make strategic decisions and daring to do things different.


Your responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure financial goals and objectives are pursued and reached:
  • Achieve annual target for country based on the GTM Strategy 
  • Achieve year on year growth in country by new customers, value based selling and upsell
  • Provide input for and manage annual country budget

  • Design, develop and implement growth strategy:
  • Deliver a data driven GTM (including marketing, people, product) strategy for country
  • Deliver a data driven growth & retention strategy for country

  • Oversee daily operations and engage in customer activities:
  • Build and maintain an in-country network of key customers and influencers
  • Build and maintain a People plan for the country, including hiring, onboarding, training and development  
  • Attend & actively participate in country (customer) events
  • Evangelising the Mambu brand in-country with support from Marketing

  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of strategic data insights:
  • Deliver country specifications & requirements for Product Roadmap 
  • Deliver regional and country competitor analysis (part of GTM)
  • Deliver regional and country trend & opportunity analysis (part of GTM)
  • Set and track country commercial KPI's for evidence based decisions
