Meet your team The Commercial team works collaboratively with the regions’ Managing Director and Regional Commercial Director to achieve regional and country growth.
Your role at Mambu
  • You’ll build and manage Mambu's presence in region, in collaboration with, and under guidance of, the region's Managing Director (MD) and Regional Commercial Director to achieve year on year country target growth
  • You will deliver a data driven Go To Market (GTM) strategy (including marketing, people, product) strategy for country(including Marketing, People, Product) for country (or sector / geography) to include growth and retention
  • You’ll manage your region's commercial budget & set targets for in-country Business Development Managers ,and actively participate in country (customer / partner) events, evangelise the Mambu brand in-country with support from Marketing & build and maintain an in-country network of key customers & influencers 
  • You’ll handle country people planning, including the hiring, onboarding, training and development of in-country resources
What you’re bringing to the table
  • You have 15+ years of experience within the banking or financial services in a similar role - e.g. as a General Manager, Head of Sales or Commercial / Sales Director with a strong network in the Fintech / Financial Technology, FSI and Banking space in region/market 
  • You’re able to build and execute a GTM strategy, have strong commercial awareness and have managed a P&L before in region
  • You’ve successfully built and managed brand new teams

  • You’re an excellent communicator in English, German and French is a plus

  • You’re not satisfied with what’s already available and have the ambition to revise and improve things in the name of progress
